Emerald 200SL is a systemic foliar insecticide formulated to control a variety of sucking insects across numerous agricultural crops. Its active ingredient, Imidacloprid 200 g/L, offers high residual effectiveness.

Key Features:
Target Pests: Aphids, nymphs, termites, thrips, whiteflies, and scales.
Application Rates:

  • Roses, Carnations, Vegetables: 0.5–0.75 ml per liter of water. Apply as a full-cover spray at the first signs of infestation, repeating every 7–10 days. Limit to a maximum of three applications.
  • Building Construction (Termite Control): 6 ml per liter of water. Spray the construction wood and adjacent soil thoroughly.
  • Fruit Trees (Termite Control): 2 ml per liter of water. Drench at the base of the tree, followed by sufficient irrigation.
  • Pre-Harvest Intervals (PHI):
  • Brassicas & Beans: 4 days
  • Tomatoes & Capsicum: 7 days
  • Re-Entry Interval: 12 hours.


Safety Precautions:

  • Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing and rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15–20 minutes.
  • Ingestion: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately.
  • Eye Contact: Hold eyelids open and rinse with water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.
  • Inhalation: Move to fresh air. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.


Compatibility:
Emerald® 200SL is compatible with most commonly used pesticides and liquid fertilizers. However, a compatibility test is advisable before mixing commercial quantities or spraying a large area.
